Domo Development

Domo Development Company was formed in May 2012 to develop high-end multi-family and commercial properties. The principals of Domo are Eric Doden, Scott Sorensen, and John Hennessey. The diverse backgrounds of the principals allow Domo Development to pursue all types of mixed-use developments and secure the necessary financial commitments to complete them. The principals of Domo Development have long careers in the fields of real estate development, construction, commercial finance, and manufacturing.

Since the start of the first project in November 2012, Domo Development Company has completed eight multi-family projects totaling 1,952 units with total project costs in excess of $228 million. Completed value for all eight multi-family projects is approaching $365 million. Domo Development Company is currently working on new multi-family developments in Bloomington, Fort Wayne, and Lafayette, Indiana, as well as Grand Rapids and Lansing, Michigan. These new developments are expected to start construction in 2022 and 2023 with final completions in 2023, 2024, and 2025
